Terms and Conditions – Indus Travel Hub

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A minimum deposit (as stated at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment must be made by the deadline communicated to you. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by package and destination. Please refer to the package details.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and third-party charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used services.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport, visa(s), and any required travel documents.
  • Indus Travel Hub can assist with visa services where included in the package but does not guarantee visa issuance.

4. Itinerary and Package Modifications

  • Indus Travel Hub reserves the right to modify itineraries due to airline schedules, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided without affecting the overall quality of the trip.

5. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel, especially for Umrah or Hajj pilgrimages.
  • We advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.

6. Liability

  • Indus Travel Hub acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services.
  • Any complaints or claims must be brought to our attention immediately during the trip or within 7 days of returning.

7. Children and Infants

  • Prices and policies for children and infants vary by package.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children throughout the trip.

8. Code of Conduct (For Religious Tours)

  • Travelers are expected to maintain proper Islamic etiquette during Hajj and Umrah trips.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate exclusion from the group without refund.

9. Special Requests

  • Special requests (e.g., meal preferences, adjoining rooms) are not guaranteed but will be passed on to the service providers.

10. Force Majeure

  • Indus Travel Hub shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
